Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC)
The Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC) are the industry leading association for inventory clerks and D & J Property Services are full members.
As an association the AIIC are committed to excellence and professionalism in the property inventory process and work hard to ensure that all landlords, tenants and letting agents understand the importance and benefits of professionally completed property inventories.
Since the AIIC was established in 1996 its aim has been to ensure that every landlord, tenant and agent in the UK is aware of the importance of the inventory process and the benefits of employing an independent, professional independent inventory clerk.
Don't be fooled by businesses claiming to provide inventory services where they may have little or no experience in the field. The growing popularity of the letting's industry has seen an increase in these types of companies. You can be assured that by using an AIIC member independent inventory clerk:
A photographic record is provided within the report and additional photos in digital JPEG format can be provided. A password protected Web link to photographs and documents can also be made available if required.
